with nothing but 12 sewing machines

In the dilapidated factory building, the first step of Joeone was made. Without any equipment, they bought several second-hand sewing machines and cutting beds. The remaining sewing machine scissors stools were all brought by the workers themselves; Despite the challenging conditions, the workers are demanded to take at least one-month training before going to the production line to guarantee quality of the products.

Achieved 4 million pieces to create a sales miracle of single item

Chairman Lin Congying accidentally noticed that the fabric of a friend's trousers was very distinctive during a gathering with business friends. Not only is it ultra-light and ultra-thin, but also has a delicate hand feel and excellent drapping. He immediately ask about the source of the fabric and very soon later signed an agreement to be the sole agent of heavy linen yarn king in mainland China. The heavy linen king series men's trousers caused a sensation as soon as they were launched, and even triggered a snap-up in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Xi'an and other cities, making Joeone popular all over the country overnight. From 1993 to 1995, more than 4 million pairs of trousers were sold, with a sales volume of more than 100 million yuan, creating a sensation of single-item sales.

2018-Became the official dress suit supplier of China sports delegation

Joeone became the official dress suit supplier of China sports delegation for 6 years (2018-2024) and designated dress suit of Chinese sports delegation in Jakarta Asian Games, Indonesia.

The dress "Blue Dream", which was designed and produced by Joeone as official dress supplier of Chinese sports delegation, made its first appearance in Beijing. At the opening ceremony of the 18th Asian Games in Jakarta, Indonesia, the Chinese sports delegation dressed in "Blue Dream" dress made a grand appearance and impressed the audience. This project won the "Gold Medal Case of the Year" award at the 2018 China International Advertising Festival.

January 16th, 2021, Joeone joined hands with Italian space designers to create the first newly upgraded store image, which was unveiled at Nanjing Central Shopping Mall, presenting the ingenuity of men's trousers experts and a new immersive men's trousers experience space.

JOEONE's first trousers show at Paris Fashion Week

In June 2021, Joeone joined hands with former Zegna designer Louis-Gabriel NOUCHI and launched Spring/Summer 2022 collection at Paris Fashion Week. The collection was inspired by the Maritime Silk Road and focused on men’s trousers, showing national confidence and charm of Chinese brands.

Joeone designed the Olympic dress suit for Chinese sports delegation with craftsman spirits.

July 23rd, 2021, the Chinese sports delegation dressed in the "Chinese Red" designed and produced by Joeone appeared at the opening ceremony of the Tokyo Olympic Games. Among them, the men's dress trousers are specially made of same fabrics applied to star product "Little Black Trousers".

JOEONE x Davide Marello Naning MixC show “Blooming Winter”

October 2021, Joeone cooperated with luxury brand designer Davide Marello, and released the "Blooming Winter" collection. Joeone's exquisite trousers craftmanship combines retro prints to present a new black trousers series with both quality and style, giving new men's trousers fashion aesthetics. On October 23 rd, the stunning show was held at Nanning Mix City.

June 20th, 2022, Joeone joined hands with former Zegna designer Louis-Gabriel NOUCHI released 2023 spring/summer men's trousers collection, drawing on the green color from a famous art painting featuring magnificent mountains and rivers of ancient China, applied landscape patterns into men's trousers design, combining light outdoor style trousers, presenting Chinese Song Dynasty aesthetics and aking Chinese culture as the core spirit.
